Torn Pieces Poem

“ The torn pieces within me
Still float up in hope whenever I see you
You have told me more than twice,
That you cannot be mine,
But I have countered that by saying I am yours;
Even if you ignore me for the rest of the time.
Countless letters, I have written
But you did not open it.
So many days, I have phoned you
But never has it gone through.
Yet every rising sun reflecting on my skin,
Awakens the love within.”

I Am Alone In My Mind Poem

My mind has no maps nor roads
One has to find his way to my heart and its feelings
It has been blank for years
Don't know why
Come, walk through my mind to find out what I feel for you
Don't stumble or fall
As the way to my heart is dark with no light
Whoever walks into my heart
first, with love, I will choose him
As my best friend
Come to the mapless, roadless heart .. a yearning heart!

The Way I Waited Poem

The Way I Waited

The way I waited
In the school corridor,
Knowing you won't come,
I check your number
Late at night now,
Knowing you won't come.

The way my eyes
Wandered in search of you
In the empty streets,
They still wander
In the empty streets,
In the fully empty building.

The way I apologized
For mistakes that weren't mine,
To calm you down,
My unheard apology try to reach you
For mistakes that aren't mine,
To calm you down.

The way I made you laugh
To break your guilt-stricken,
Regretting silence,
I still put unseen efforts
To break your guilt-stricken,
Regretting unknown silence.

The way I sensed
When you felt too low,
Miles apart now,
I still dream of you,
Converse with you
When you feel too low.
